You don’t have to walk through grief alone.

Grief is a deeply personal journey, and there is no right timeline for healing. Growing Around Grief is an ongoing psychoeducational therapy group for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago, you are welcome to join when you feel ready.

Facilitated by a Registered Provisional Psychologist, this  grief group therapy provides a safe, compassionate, and confidential space to share your experiences, connect with others who understand, and learn practical strategies for coping with grief.

Location: TLC Counselling and Psychological Services
Day: Saturday, August 29th, 2026 (bi-weekly on-going)
Time: 5-6:30pm
Cost: $135 per session

    • Managing difficult emotions
    • Coping with loneliness and life changes
    • Navigating anniversaries, holidays, and special dates
    • Building resilience and self-compassion
    • Honouring loved ones while moving forward with meaning and hope
    • Strengthening healthy coping strategies and support networks
