Our Services
Individual Therapy
Life can be challenging, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Individual therapy offers a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward meaningful personal growth and lasting change.
Our therapists provide evidence-informed care tailored to your unique needs and goals. We support individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. Together, you’ll develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, gain insight, and create positive changes that enhance your overall well-being and quality of life.
Couples Therapy
Every relationship experiences challenges. Couples therapy provides a supportive, non-judgmental space to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and deepen connection. Whether you’re facing ongoing disagreements, life transitions, parenting challenges, intimacy concerns, or recovering from a betrayal, therapy can help you better understand one another and develop healthier patterns of relating.
Our therapists work collaboratively with both partners to identify relationship strengths, address areas of concern, and build practical skills that support lasting change. Couples therapy is appropriate for partners at any stage of their relationship who are committed to improving their connection and creating a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
Childrens Therapy/Play Therapy
Children experience stress, emotions, and life challenges in ways that may not always be easy to express with words. Children’s therapy provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can explore their thoughts and feelings, build coping skills, and develop emotional resilience through age-appropriate therapeutic approaches.
Our therapists work with children experiencing concerns such as anxiety, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, family changes, self-esteem concerns, and social or school-related issues. We also collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s growth, strengthen family relationships, and help children thrive both at home and in their daily lives.
Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy is a personalized, client-centred approach that uses movement, breathwork, mindfulness, relaxation, and other evidence-informed yoga practices to support overall health and well-being. Each session is tailored to your individual goals, abilities, and comfort level.
Sessions may help improve stress management, emotional regulation, body awareness, mobility, strength, balance, sleep, and resilience while supporting your physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Your provider will work collaboratively with you to develop practices that are appropriate for your needs and can often be integrated into your daily life.
Yoga therapy is provided as a complementary health and wellness service and is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are receiving counselling or psychological services, yoga therapy may be used as an adjunctive approach to support your overall care.
Brainspotting is a focused, brain-body therapeutic approach that helps access and process the deeper emotional and physiological effects of trauma, stress, and other difficult experiences. By identifying specific eye positions, known as “brainspots,” this evidence-informed therapy is designed to help the brain process experiences that may be difficult to access through talk therapy alone.
Brainspotting may be helpful for individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, performance concerns, or other challenges. Sessions are guided at your own pace within a safe, supportive, and attuned therapeutic relationship. Many people find that Brainspotting helps reduce emotional distress, increase self-awareness, and support lasting healing and resilience.
Brainspotting is offered by Dr. Monica Bahri
Group therapy provides a supportive and confidential environment where individuals can connect with others who share similar experiences while learning new skills and gaining valuable insight. Guided by a qualified therapist, groups offer opportunities for education, personal growth, mutual support, and meaningful connection. While each group has a unique purpose, participants are encouraged to share at their own comfort level, learn from others, and develop practical strategies that support healing, resilience, and lasting change.
